“Col – lure”

 Three female Hillingdon Artists

 At The Southlands Art Centre

 21st - 28th November 2010

Three female artists, all living in Hillingdon, are exhibiting at Southlands Arts Centre in West Drayton. Nischa Chadha, Patricia Ogundero and Jenny Wilson are professional artists who combine busy family lives with exhibiting and teaching. Their vibrant and exciting exhibition is a mixture of abstract and more representative styles, but is united in using colour as a main theme. Meeting through their membership of Hillingdon Artists the women are proud that their friendship is a positive reflection of the ethnic mix in the borough and has also been an inspiration in calling their exhibition “Col –lure”

“Col – lure” is an exciting exhibition by three local artists at Southlands Art Centre. Nisha Chadha, Patricia Ogundero and Jenny Wilson are professional artists whose styles vary from abstract to that of the more representative and decorative. However, the use of vibrant colour is common in all the works on show. All three are working mums and members of Hillingdon Artists and are proud of their friendship, which they feel is a good representation of the cultural mix in the borough.
