West London Story
The West London Story aims to create a national and international platform for any art form, or collaborations of art forms, to showcase new work of artistic excellence that is rooted in local, West London stories and experiences. Four bursaries were handed out earlier this year and Ray Rankine, Yvonne Watson, Steve Cassidy and Katrina Williams were the fortunate recipients of one of the bursaries.
The group are working with Brunel University on a temporary structure called TRANSPIRAL which will become a focal point for local communities to tell its visual stories in ways which are inclusive, thought provoking and enjoyable. Stage 2 is to raise funds and support for the project, so if you know any potential sponsors I am sure they would like to know. Contact Yvonne for more information about TRANSPIRAL.
