I believe the main constituents of a picture apart from the subject, is the relationship between colour and texture and, how they interact and influence each other. I use this interaction to produce pictures that generate a reaction from the viewer. I believe every picture needs to produce a reaction otherwise it's visually worthless.

I try to produce works full of colour and detail that make people want to 'look' rather than just glance at my pictures. I rarely try to make a statement with my art; my pictures are for looking at and enjoying, rather than finding hidden or subtle meaning.
