Yvonne Watson Textile artist, papermaker

My work explores issues surrounding personal freedom and space. I work with materials that can be manipulated to create textural surfaces that give the work a dynamic quality. By trapping and manipulating fabric within handmade paper, the surface becomes flexible, expanding and contracting in response to its surroundings.

I accept commissions and also run workshops in papermaking and other creative processes involving all age ranges.
